Small businesses, nonprofits, houses of worship, and commercial tenants in New Jersey.
Utility Service
Must receive electric or gas service from a participating NJ utility (PSE&G, JCP&L, Elizabethtown Gas, and others).
Energy Usage
Properties with annual electric demand under 200 kW typically qualify for the full Direct Install benefit.
Property Ownership
Both property owners and tenants with landlord approval may participate.
